You are to pay 25% deposit of the total expected bill at least two weeks before the actual engagement date, and confirm the same with us one week before the date. In case of cancellation, you should notify us in writing at least one week prior to the engagement date. Otherwise, the deposit is absolutely not refundable. (Tax and Tip are not included in the above).
Also, due to the nature of the buffet style restaurant, your stay is reasonably limited to a maximum of four hours. If your stay exceed more than four hours, you will be charged 20% surcharge of the rate of the room per every thirty minutes of excess stay.
You are to guarantee the attendance of at least 80% of your guests, and in the event that your guests attendance does not come to the percentage mentioned above, you are to guarantee the minimum payments of 80% of the number of your guests times the price per person you agreed upon signing of this agreement. Any extra items not mentioned in the contract will be charged on the bill accordingly.
You are not to bring any food, beverage, decorating items, or any form of entertainment without our approval. We would like your occasion at Green Field to be very pleasant and enjoyable. If you or your party incur any damage other than normal use of the facility we provide during the party, you will be responsible for such.
