..........All rates apply to a party of 20 or more people. All parties are limited to two (2) hours. You are to make 25% deposit of total price at least a week before the actual engagement date, and advised to confirm two days before the reservation date.
..........You are to guarantee the attendance of at least 85% of your guests. In the event that your guest attendance do not come to the percentage mentioned, you agree to pay the amount that would correspond to 85% of the total number of guests in this policy. Cancelation must be made three days before the reservation date in order to receive a half of the deposit back otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
..........Please also be informed that Green Field Churrascaria reserves the right to dissolve the setting of the tables or other decorations and specifications you asked unless 50% of your guests arrive at the restaurant within fifteen minutes of the reserved time.
..........Also you and your guests are not allowed to bring any food, beverage, decoration items, or any form of entertainment without management approval.
